PASCO-GI for New Venture in software
Research & Development at Chennai City, India
Innovation toward digital
imaging:
PASCO alone began the movement towards using digital technology
for mapping purposes. All the hi-tech digital sensors integrated
with GPS/IMU systems available with PASCO are emerging as
preferred sensors in the mapping market and are delivering
results that spaceborne sensors promised. PASCO's digital
sensors technologies for mapping purposes have made great
strides in automation and quality. PASCO's airborne digital
sensors offer more operational flexibility, faster turnaround
than ever before. PASCO can implement digital airborne sensing
of every phenomenon on the Earth; Monitoring of every activities
on the Earth and on the seafloor. PASCO's remote sensing
digital sensors for mapping and monitoring every phenomenon
and events on the Earth as well as on the sea floor.
AU-PASCO Research Facility
:
A software research
facility- AU-PASCO Research Facility (APRF) for PASCO is located at Anna University, Chennai. Anna University
was established in 1978. It offers higher education in Engineering,
Technology and allied Sciences. APRF is located in the premises
of Institute of Remote Sensing, which is also the Tamil
Nadu State Remote Sensing Center.
