PASCO provides various consulting services by making full
use of the latest measurement and GIS technologies.
Our services are tried and tested, covering environmental
study, disaster prevention, and many other fields; for example
using aerial sensing technology for monitoring the urban

Assistance for combined, effective measures
against the heat island effect with GIS analysis
PASCO supports the development of combined, effective measures
against the heat island effect through GIS analysis by making
full use of its thermal airborne infrared sensor (TABI).
The sensor has many excellent features, including a ground
resolution of 3 meters and a thermal resolution of 0.1°C,
which are far superior to those on a satellite sensor. Utilizing
the GIS, the sensor can create high-resolution and high-precision
thermal distribution maps.
With this sensor, we can help you closely monitor the heat
island effect or identify and evaluate the effects of any
measures taken.
